Q:   How much does it cost to get started with the fundraiser?

A:   You must purchase a minimum of 50 cards at $5 a card to get started. Cards are non-returnable. There is free shipping.

Placing An Order

Q: How many cards should I order?

A:  We’re happy to help you estimate your order based on the number of your participants. Typically, we recommend 5-15 per participant, based on age and experience. Call 844-534-3169 or email us at info@bloomforgood.com and let us help you figure out the best way to meet your fundraising goal!

Q: What is the minimum number of cards I can order?

A: The minimum order is 50 cards which includes free shipping. Additional cards can be ordered in minimum increments of 50 (with free shipping).

Q: Is there a maximum amount I can order?

A:  No. If you have a large order, please give us a call at 844-534-3168 or send us an email at info@bloomforgood.com.

Q: How long will it take to receive our cards once we place our order?

A:  You should receive your cards in 5-7 business days.

Q: What if I need more cards?

A:  We’re happy to send you more cards in increments of 50. Just give us a call at 844-534-3168 or email info@bloomforgood.com.

Questions About My Fundraiser

Q: How long should our fundraiser last?

A:  The most successful fundraisers last no more than 3-4 weeks and include: 1) a team kickoff, 2) a mid-point check-in and 3) a final push to make sure everyone sells his/her cards.

Q: Can we sell the cards for more than $20?

A:  No, we don’t recommend selling the VIP Savings Card for more than $20. In fact, the $20 suggested sale price is printed on the cards to eliminate confusion.  If you need to make more money, we can send you more cards!

Q: What if we lose cards?

A:  Unfortunately, you still must pay for lost cards.

Q: How do I use the card?

A:      For VIP Bonus Rewards:

1. Go to VIPbonusrewards.com.

2. Click “Register” in the top right corner.

3. Enter your member ID listed on the back of your card (numbers right of the dash).

4. Enjoy the savings on local favorites and the most popular national brands!


For the VIP Bonus Rewards Mobile App:

1. Download “My Deals” from the App Store or Google Play.

2. Enter your member ID listed on the back of your card (numbers to the right of the dash).


For HotelStorm:

1. Go to HotelStorm.com/Bloom

2. Click “Sign In or Join” on the top right corner.

3. Enter your information and your access code (listed on the back of your card).

4. Start saving on hotels worldwide!

Q: How do I use the discounts on VIP Bonus Rewards once I register my card?

A:  Deals are either print-from-home, redeemable online using a discount code, or you can scan them from your mobile device at the point-of-sale using our My Deals mobile app. Each deal has a mobile phone (scan from app), globe (enter a discount code), or printer (print-from-home) icon listed under the deal. This will tell you how a certain deal can be redeemed and you can read the fine print by simply clicking through for more information.

Q: Are deals unlimited?

A:  Most deals can be used multiple times. If a deal does expire, it will typically be replaced by another equally valuable deal. A few deals are one-time use, please click through the specific deal to learn more about its use, expiration and redemption.

Q: Where can I use the VIP Savings Card?

A:  The VIP Savings Card gives supporters a 12-month subscription to VIPbonusrewards.com (click to explore the deals), which includes over 300,000 merchants nationwide from local restaurants and shops to national brand retailers. The card also gives supporters a full-year of access to HotelStorm.com, which includes 55% off hotels worldwide!

Q: When do the memberships for VIPbonusrewards.com and HotelStorm.com expire?

A:  Memberships for both websites are good for 12 months from the time the codes on the back of the VIP Saving Cards are activated.

Making Payments and Returns

Q: When do I have to pay for my order?

A:  You must pay for your entire order before we send you the cards.

Q: How do I pay for my order?

A:  We accept checks, money orders or credit card payments for your VIP Savings Cards. Simply coordinate your payment with your Bloom Account Rep once you’ve received your invoice.

Q: Can I return cards we didn’t sell?

A:  No.
