How much profit can my organization earn selling the VIP Savings Card?


You can earn 70% profit for your organization! Simply buy the cards from us for $4 and sell them during your fundraiser to your supporters for $20. This allows your organization earns $13 per card sold!




How much does it cost to get started with the fundraiser?


You must purchase a minimum of 100 cards at $4 a card to get started. 10% of the cards can be returned within 30 days. We pay to ship the cards to you, you pay for your returns.




What is the minimum number of cards I can order?


The minimum order is 100 cards which includes free shipping. Additional cards can be ordered in minimum increments of 25 (with free shipping).




Can we sell the cards for more than $20?


We don’t recommend selling the VIP Savings Card for more than $20 but you certainly can that would be up to what your organization feels is best.




How long will it take to receive our cards once we place our order?


You should receive your cards in 7-10 business days.




Where can I use the VIP Savings Card?


The VIP Savings Card gives supporters a 12-month subscription to VIPbonusrewards.com (click to explore the deals), which includes thousands of merchants nationwide from local restaurants and shops to national brand retailers. With your 12-month membership to VIP Bonus Rewards you also receive a $100 travel voucher for wholesale pricing at hotels.




MAKING PAYMENTS AND RETURNS - When do I have to pay for my order?


You will be invoiced and must pay within 30 days of receipt of the cards.




How do I pay for my order?


We accept checks, money orders or credit card payments for your VIP Savings Cards. Simply coordinate your payment with your Bloom representative once you’ve received your invoice.




Can I return cards we didn’t sell?


10% of the cards you ordered can be returned. You must pay for shipping of returned cards.

Crowdfunding harnesses the power of email and social media so that you can raise money for your cause. Simply ask supporters to make online donations directly to your customized website.




What is the difference between the Online and Card Packaged Programs?


Bloom specializes in two great fundraising options: online and card programs. Our online programs offer a crowdfunding platform that allows organizations to raise money completely and conveniently online; whereas, the card program requires physical cards to be sold. Both programs offer the same one year membership to VIP Bonus Rewards plus a $100 travel voucher. The main difference is whether you prefer to raise money online using crowdfunding or selling a product face-to-face. We are happy to offer you “full-service” customer service with either option.




Is it safe?


We use the absolute best in secure payment encryption technology. Online donations are completely safe and your money is deposited securely to your bank account at the end of the fundraiser via direct deposit or check.




Does it cost anything to get started?


There are no upfront costs to start an online crowdfunding program. That means it is free to create and share your online fundraising campaign. See the charges and fees section for information about the cost of running a fundraiser.




Is there a time limit for my fundraising campaign? How long is a typical campaign?


We suggest that you run a 3-4-week long fundraiser. Let us know if you need extra time. Although each client has the option to decide how long their campaign will run, having established start and end dates helps your campaign to accelerate participation.




Who will donate to my campaign?


Using email and social media, ask your friends and family members to make donations. Don’t forget to encourage them to help spread the word by sharing your campaign with their friends and family.




I need a join code to sign up as a participant. Where do I get it?


If are looking to have additional people join your fundraiser, your leader will distribute your join code at the beginning of the fundraiser. You can either text to join or join online. You can also contact us at info@bloomforgood.com or call 844-534-3168.




How do I find my personal link to my campaign?


  1. Sign-in to your account. This is provided for you by Bloom or you create your own from your join code.
  2. Click on view fundraisers (it will open to your personal link) and copy that web address from your browser to share your campaign.
  3. Create a custom profile picture to make your campaign more personal.
  4. Contact us at info@bloomforgood.com or call 844-534-3168 if you have any trouble with your personal link.
  5. Want to send mass emails? Upload emails into your fundraiser and it will automatically send a Drip Campaign to every email address multiple times throughout your campaign.




How do I share my campaign?


There are few convenient ways for you to share your campaign.

  1. Email: Share your personal link within a personalized email to your supporters. You can alsoupload the mass email lists into your campaign.
  2. Social Media: Share your personal link by copy and pasting it into your social media posts.
  3. Text Message Using Your Smartphone: Simply copy and paste your personal link into a personalized text message to your supporters.
  4. Text Message Using Website Tool: Simply log-in as a participant and enter the phone numbers that you would like the website to send the request to donate. Your supporters will receive the request from 435-222-2040.




How will I know if someone donates?


Donations are published in real-time on your fundraising website for all to see. Please note, the only information published is the donation amount and the name of the donor (unless he/she chooses to remain anonymous). No contact information is made publicly available. Leaders can also track the progress of all their participants when they log in as a leader and view their leader dashboard.




Can donors give privately?


Yes, donors can choose to make an anonymous donation.




Can I track my fundraiser?


As a leader or participant, log in to your fundraiser to track your fundraiser.




What if I don't reach my goal?


You do not need to reach your goal to receive the funds you’ve raised. If you would wish to reach your goal, you can extend your fundraiser.




Do I have to be a non-profit to run a crowdfunding program?


No, we work with any group who would like to raise money for a cause.




PAYMENT POLICY - CHARGES - TAXES - FEES - What is the payment policy?


Payment Policy
Audited reports of payment amounts (less usage charges and credit card fees) are made available the 15th day of the month following your fundraiser. Payments are handled by a third-party accounting firm and will be received by the fundraising entity using the ACH information provided no later than the first 15 days of the same month.
Please note, if your fundraiser is active over the span of several months, you will receive several payments. Example: Fundraiser Start Date: May 3rd Fundraiser End Date: July 15th Approximate Payment Dates: June 15th, July 15th, August 15th

What are the charges and fees associated with running a fundraiser?


Bloom Service Fee: $3 per transaction for online. Credit Card Processing Fee: Varies based on the credit or debit card used, but is no more than 3.5% of the total amount. Technology and Processing Fee: $3 per transaction (charged to the donor and not deducted from your fundraiser’s profits).




How do I collect the money raised?


You can either receive fund via direct deposit or we can send you a physical check.
