How to Run an Order Form Fundraiser

Running an Order Form fundraiser using the VIP Savings Card is easy!

Just follow these simple steps:

  1. Give each participant a single Order Form and one VIP Savings Card to use as a sample.

  2. Help the participant stay organized by placing everything they need for the fundraiser in an envelope.

  3. Either the participant or the supporter will fill out the required information on the Order Form. Required information includes:

  • Full Name

  • Phone

  • Address

  • Quantity (number of cards)

  • Totals (Total Amount of money)

DO’s and DON’Ts

  • DO make sure each field in the form (especially the address) is filled out completely and legibly.

  • DO collect money at the time of the order

  • DO explain how the supporters will receive their card orders, for examples:

  • The card will be delivered to the supporter in the mail.

  • The participant will deliver the card to the supporter in person.

  • The supporters must pick up their card at X location by Y date.

  • DO give an approximate date and time that the supporters can expect to be delivered the card.

  • DO call before you plan to deliver the card to see if the recipients are home or to receive special instructions if they aren’t home.

  • DON’T drop the card off when supporters aren’t home unless you were given special permission, for example, to leave it in their mailbox or front porch, if they aren’t home
